Structural works complete on Dubai’s $545m The Alef Residences


More than 70% of the $545m (AED2bn) development’s façade works have also been conducted, and fit-out activities are underway.

ASI revealed that the project, which is collocated with the five-star W Dubai – The Palm on Palm Jumeirah, attracted sales totalling $29.9m (AED110m) within just two months.

The Alef Residences is on course to officially welcome residents in 2018, according to its developer.

Grant Ruddiman, chief hospitality officer at ASI, commented: “In addition to the sought-after location, the highest quality finishes, and state-of-the-art home automation, The Alef Residences offers owners services that cater for any need.

“It is this combination of elements that creates a unique living experience that we can proudly say is contributing to the great demand for these properties, with buyers located both regionally and abroad,” he added.

The Alef Residences will comprise two buildings, featuring a total of 104 homes. Residential units will range in size from 465m2 (5,000ft2) to 1,400m2 (15,000ft2), and will be serviced by the adjacent W Dubai – The Palm.

Residents of The Alef Residences will have access to all of W Dubai – The Palm’s services and leisure facilities, in addition to Club 104. The fully serviced club will feature a gym, a fitness centre, a yoga room, four private spa rooms, a running track, a tennis court, a family restaurant, a 16-seat cinema, and a 250m-long beachfront.
